RF Propagation API Specification

This project implements the RF Propagation API described by the project source of truth in the initial task:

• FastAPI HTTP API under /api/v1.
• Terrain elevation/profile, LOS and Fresnel analysis.
• Building, landcover, viewshed, coverage, antenna, link budget, and jobs APIs.
• Pure RF kernels in api/app/core.
• Heavy work such as coverage and viewshed through Celery workers.
• Docker Compose deployment with API, worker, Redis, and PostGIS.

All RF formulas must follow the project specification and applicable ITU-R recommendations. Do not invent substitute formulas where a standard is required.
